When you create an account, enroll in a course, apply to a program, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly - such as your name, email address, phone number, and, if you make a payment, transaction details (we do not store full card numbers; that is handled by our payment processor once integrated). We also collect usage data such as course progress, quiz scores, and login activity to operate the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve our courses and services, process enrollments and payments, communicate with you about your account or classes, issue certificates, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) using access controls that restrict who can read or modify it. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@sproutedtech.com. If you are in India, this is intended to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are located elsewhere, additional local rights may apply.
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
Our courses are intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
