Can I try a course before paying?
Yes - every course has a free preview of its first module (3 lessons). You can access these without creating an account. Just click "Preview Free Lesson" on any course card.
How long do I have access to a course?
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to all course materials and downloadable files. Live class recordings are available for 1 year from your enrollment date.
Are courses taught in English or Hindi?
Our courses are taught primarily in English with Hindi explanations for key concepts. All written materials and slides are in English.
What is the difference between beginner, intermediate, and professional courses?
Beginner (3 months) - no prior experience needed, foundational skills. Intermediate (6 months) - assumes basic knowledge, goes deeper into advanced techniques. Professional/Diploma (1 year) - comprehensive mastery program covering all aspects including business and freelancing.
Can I switch courses after enrolling?
Yes, you can switch to a different course within 7 days of enrollment for no extra charge. After 7 days, switches are subject to a ₹500 processing fee.
What if I miss a live class?
Every live class is recorded and available in your dashboard under "Saved Recordings" within 2 hours of the class ending. Recordings are available for 1 year.
How many live classes are there per course?
Beginner courses have 2 live sessions per month. Intermediate courses have 4 sessions per month. Professional diploma courses have weekly live sessions plus monthly practical assessments.
Do I need a webcam to attend live classes?
No - you can attend with audio only or even just chat participation. Webcam and microphone are optional but encouraged for better interaction.
Are your certificates recognised by employers?
Our certificates include a unique verifiable ID that employers can check on our verification portal. While we are not a government-accredited institution, our certificates are widely accepted by digital agencies, startups, and freelance clients - particularly in content, marketing, and design roles.
What grade do I need to earn a certificate?
You need to complete all modules, pass all chapter quizzes with a minimum 60% score, and complete at least one live practical assessment. Certificates are graded A+ through C based on your overall performance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. Your payment details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout - we never see or store your card information.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have watched fewer than 20% of the course. After 7 days or 20% completion, refunds are not available. Contact payments@sproutedtech.com for refund requests.
